1. Private Coaching Services
- Active Participation Requirement: Private coaching requires active engagement and participation from the student. To achieve success, you must attend all scheduled meetings, complete assignments, and adhere to the program’s milestone schedule.
- Meeting Availability: Private coaching relies on scheduled meetings, which may be conducted via Zoom or in person. Clients are responsible for ensuring availability at the agreed-upon times. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Milestone Schedule: A strict milestone schedule will be provided at the start of the program. Failure to adhere to the schedule may impact the progress and effectiveness of the coaching program. Missed milestones or meetings due to client inactivity will not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
- Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds for private coaching may be issued based on the percentage of the program completed, but no refunds will be granted for services already rendered. All cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to hello@jackiewatson.co. Refund processing fees will apply and will be deducted from any refunded amount.
- Non-Transferable Services: Private coaching services are non-transferable and are specific to the enrolled client. Sessions cannot be shared or transferred to another individual.
2. Virtual Coaching Services
- Self-Paced Participation: Virtual coaching requires self-paced engagement by the client. The program does not include private 1-on-1 time with the instructor unless explicitly stated in the course description.
- Instructor Feedback: While virtual coaching does not involve direct 1-on-1 interaction, Jackie (your coach) may provide feedback via email or through the student dashboard when applicable. Response times for feedback may vary depending on the nature of the question and current workloads.
- Final Sales Policy: Due to the digital nature of virtual coaching programs and the immediate access to proprietary content, all purchases for virtual coaching are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be permitted.
- Access and Usage: Clients are granted access to digital content for personal use only. Sharing login information, redistributing content, or using program materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Jackie Watson LLC’s private and virtual coaching programs, including but not limited to templates, guides, videos, worksheets, presentations, and proprietary frameworks, are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Jackie Watson LLC.
- Permitted Use: Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use program materials for personal use only.
- Prohibited Activities: Clients may not share, alter, reuse, redistribute, sell, or publicly post any of the proprietary content they receive through the coaching program without prior written permission from Jackie Watson LLC.
- Legal Action: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of program materials will result in legal action. Jackie Watson LLC reserves the right to seek damages and other legal remedies for copyright infringement.
4. No Guarantees
- Private Coaching: Jackie Watson LLC cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from private coaching. Success depends on the client’s active participation, implementation of strategies, and dedication to the program.
- Virtual Coaching: While virtual coaching provides resources and guidance to support your growth, success depends entirely on the client’s ability to engage with and implement the provided content. Results may vary, and no guarantees are offered.
By enrolling in private or virtual coaching services with Jackie Watson LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
